Due to its anti-inflammatory properties, eyebright is used for upper respiratory tract infections, hay fever, sinusitis, and catarrh (inflammation of the mucous membranes). White Oak – White oak is a type of hardwood tree native to eastern and central North America. It is traditionally used as an antiseptic, astringent, and anti-inflammatory herb. It has antiviral, antilithic, and astringent properties that control pain, inflammation, and help control bleeding.
