Loose stools in cats – Akira the cat found natural help

Posted August 19, 2017

Cats are naturally inclined to hide discomfort. They don’t want to feel vulnerable to any threat or danger. Unlike dogs, who will whimper loud and clear when something is wrong, cats will need you to decipher on your own. One of the very definite signs that your cat is facing internal upsets is loose stools or diarrhea. It can be due to something they’ve eaten or a side effect of a medicine. Akira’s started as a result of her endoscopy. But the Plantaeris was able to help her quickly.

Jumiah, Akira’s mom, shared with us her experience:

I had given my cats Plantaeris when they have digestive problems. My cat Akira had to undergo Triple Therapy for her stomach and the vet gave us some probiotics. Since he warned me that she could have loose stools after her endoscopy, I had bought Plantaeris as soon as possible. Sure enough, she had diarrhea for one or two days. I gave her the Plantaeris and after two or three days, her stools became firmer. Since the probiotics would have interfered with the absorption of the 3 antibiotics that she had to take for 2 weeks, I thought her best option was for the Plantaeris. So now, whenever any of my other cats has digestive problems, this is my remedy. It has worked fine for all of them. *

Thank you Jumiah for sharing your insights with other pet parents. We are sure your problem is something many others will identify with. Plantaeris can be kept handy when you have pets with sensitive tummies. It’s a great natural alternative to any other digestion and anti-diarrhea medicines you can find.

Jumiah’s other cat Bujang is also one of our NHV pets.

Bujang, the 13-year old cat diagnosed with osteoarthritis, is jumping and playing again.

We wish this fur family the best of health and we urge pet parents to seek holistic advice from their vets or from us, NHV Pet Experts and try to incorporate some of nature’s medicines in their pet’s treatment.
